Job Dimensions
JGeographic Area Covered :Branch office
JStakeholders Internal: Advisors, Agency Managers, Operations-HO, HR, Internal Auditors /Compliance Review team, All Sales Channels
Key Result Areas:
- Support to stakeholders for query resolutions
- Training on new process and initiative
- Processing of offline new business cases if received
- Monitor pending management, resolve collection in co-ordination with Sales.
- Calling to Advisors / Leaders and Sales Manager for pending resolution.
- Customer calling to be done for high ageing cases.
- Prepare and share MIS on pending and issuance with Sales, Channel, Zone and HO SPOC
- To achieve issuance target on Term and Non Term
Cash Management:
- Premium receipting
- BOD and EOD activities
- Lodgment of cash and cheques for previous day collection
- Bounce cheque management
- Monthly reporting
DOPS Management:
- Life Cycle Management of new Agent Application processing
- Life Cycle management of Leader Application processing
- Exam, Training management
- Resignation, Reinstatement
- MIS reporting
Customer Service Management:
- Ensure undelivered document management as per process.
- Manage POS requests, reopening process, uncollected TRs as per process.
- Answer non-routine queries which are not resolved by the front desk.
- Service Request Processing
Drive new process initiatives:
- Undertake process improvements like new business submission, Branch Ops processing
MIS & Reporting:
- Coordinate with Branch stakeholder and AOH for various MIS.
- Prepare and analyze various daily reports and forward to the Operations and channel partners
- Undertake feedback and follow-up review for new business.
- Ensure adherence to Branch Ops SOP
- Ensure adherence to Branch Ops SOP
Risk:
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines.
- Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes
