Nature of the Job
- To create awareness about our products, to build relationships with customers individually through the team and promote usage of products by introducing and selling company products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Identifying individuals or organizations that may be interested in becoming franchisees for the company.
- Evaluating potential franchisees to determine their financial stability, experience, and suitability for the franchise.
- Franchise Sales: Presenting the franchise opportunity to qualified prospects, addressing their questions and concerns, and closing franchise agreements.
- Franchise Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to franchisees to help them succeed and grow their businesses.
- Network Development: Expanding and maintaining a network of franchisees and contacts within the industry.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintaining records, reporting on franchise development progress, and analyzing data to improve the franchising strategy
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing franchisees to foster trust and cooperation.
- Needs to review and update his Team performance Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy.
- Should be smart and with a positive attitude to project the right image of the company.
- Needs to validate all Demos /Presentations (through live voice) done by Team members on daily basis.
- Responsible to Train Franchise Team members on field and through role plays on selling skills / objection handling etc.
Collections
Maintain Nil CDA and unit outstanding, Collection of initial 3 months Euro Value (EV) payments
People
- Ensure proper grooming of Partner AWEs
- Coach and conduct weekly training of Partner AWEs to improve their functional skills, selling skills, customer handling skills and negotiation skills.
- Conduct Daily Role Plays and Mirror review with Partner AWE team members every month
Customer
- Close all open orders / installation / customer training
- Resolve and manage sales / service issues and close customer complaints related to sales and delivery within 48 hours
Required Qualification And Experience
Should be a graduate with minimum of 5 years experience in Channel Sales/Marketing or MBA with minimum of 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing or Channel sales.
Should have min of 2 to 3 years experience of Managing a Team and appointing Channel Partners
