Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FMCG -With the product of Noodles Snacks & Namkeen as a Factory Manager. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations. They will oversee the day-to-day tasks related to factory operations in Patna.

Qualifications

• Production Planning, Production Management, and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Experience in quality control and operations management
• Knowledge of Noodles, Namkeen & Snacks product industry and manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
