Position Title: Asst. Manager / Manager

Location : Ranchi

Function : Client Relationship Management

Role Context :

• As relationship owner, responsible to Identify client needs and facilitate delivery of solutions to new and existing clients in line with the firm’s financial planning framework and with the help of our Product and Investment Teams.

• Acquire new Wealth Management clients aligned to the firm’s target market, develop new territories
• Build and deepen relationships with existing affluent and HNI Customers to achieve an increase the in share of mind and wallet
• Adhere to all company processes and policies, regulatory compliance, and carry the organization’s brand through developed functional and behavioral skills
• Deliver business goals in terms of Assets under distribution or care, revenues, and client acquisition as well as retention
• Work with your line manager and HR to identify personal development and training needs
• Decision-making skills with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work under pressure.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.

Implementing best business practices and developing company strategies and programs while ensuring strict compliance and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
