We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. He will be located

at Ranchi . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Hospitality Industry and a proven track record of 5 star hotel end to end completion.

• Planning and Monitoring
• Budget Management
• Resource Allocation
• Risk Management
• Quality control, Problem Solving, Documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Must have knowledge of MEPF, Interior
• 10 years experience in similar industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• He must have a rich experience in Hotel Industry end to end construction

Benefits:

Budget- Rs. 50000 to 75000( negotiable)
