• Recruitment and selection of Officers for all ranks, specially in accordance of their availability, wages, experience, Knowledge, considering suitability for the vessel
• Sourcing for creating and maintaining a pool of experience officers for future requirements considering suitability for the vessel.
• Checking documentation and certificates of officers/ crew joining vessels.
• Responsible for induction and familiarization of the new joiners with company policies and procedures.
