Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing growth strategies and plans for the company, managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, and generating new business opportunities. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and preparing and presenting pitch decks to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful business development, sales, and marketing in the IT industry
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Understanding of market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in IT and customer support is a plus
