Job Responsibilities:

• Independently responsible for Product, Process and Behavioural training in his / her region
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and socialize Learning Journeys amongst his / her region
• Plan and execute coverage of these journeys within agreed timelines.
• Record and report all trainings conducted to HO
• Measure learning effectiveness through periodic interventions and assessments
• Independently responsible for operational management of training center

Requirements:

• MBA Freshers or Experience of 4 to 5 years in Training with atleast 3 years of experience in Sales & Process Training
• Minimum Graduation in any stream
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi and local language)
• Open to travel in rural interiors, roughly 10-15 days a month
