Designation: Server Support Engineer – Feild Support

Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

• IBM Certified Field Engineer (will be an added advantages)

Roles & Responsibility

• Should expertise in AIX platform.
• Manage, Admin & Break Fix IBM P-Series servers.
• Should be able to analyze the logs, identify the problem and replace the required hardware.
• Should be knowledable on IBM storage. Manage, Admin & Break Fix.
• Should be knowledgably to co-relate the hardware functioning across the physical and logical domains of the servers.
• Troubleshoot, test, and analyse complex issues
• Should be ready to work in any of the Sureworks Locations
