Supportverse, a leading BPO company, is seeking experienced Call Center Agents to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a proven track record in call center operations. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and inquiries
Providing exceptional customer service by handling each call professionally and with empathy
Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Utilizing call center technology and software to navigate customer accounts and gather information
Meeting and exceeding established call center performance metrics
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 month experience at any US process (compulsory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with call center technology and software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
