Description Key Job Responsibilities: Identifying and creating business value through use of IT Skills & competencies on Suite of SAP products for e.g SAP-ERP, HR, CRM ,GRC, EWM, ECM, Fiori, ABAP, o-ABAP , BI/BW,PI/PO and/or custom developed Bespoke systems and/or COTS (commercially off the shelf Technical Solution).Enabling the Business thru systematic interventions to comply to audits, regulatory, cyber security, quality assurance & statutory compliancesWorking on agile approach for Application Design, Development, configuration using microservice architecture using React / Angular JS, Edge computing, cloud deployment, Mobile computing, IoT, Block Chain technologiesReplace of Technologies to address obsolescence & enhance user experiencesCoordinating with software OEM, service providers , business stakeholders , statutory agencies to ensure BAU (Business As usual) and its continuity.Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: BE/BTech, BSc(Engineering), ME/MTech, MBA/PGDM, MCA, MSc (Math’s , Stats , OR ,Physics) Must be a Full Time Course.Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 YearsRelevant Experience: Relevant IT & Business domain experiences, primarily in Project & tasks conceptualizing, Planning, design, development, testing, deployment & support of systems. Establish measures to evaluate efficiency and efficacy of business processes thru KPI tracking.Technical Competencies: Business Applications Development experience with proficiency to understand requirements, ability to translate requirements into systems architecture, specifications, objects and use of embed technologiesCoordinate with business and IT functional groups to implement business systemsProficiency and expertise in at least 2 technical and/or functional environments- SAP ERP, SAP suit of products – HR, CRM, BI/BW, PI/PO, ECM,EWM, ABAP, o-ABAP, Fiori, HANA db Dot net, React JS, PL/SQL, HANA DB, Oracle DB, Mango DB, Mobile computing , Cloud Hosting MS Sql server, Java , HTML , C #, SAP BW, SAP CRM, PI.Good knowledge of System Development methodology including Agile Software development.Behavioural Competencies:Team player, Should be quick learner, should be able drive change management by working with business users across geographical location
