We are looking for a smart construction guy who is actually responsible to hire and manage a minimum team of 30 Construction Manpower/Labour, including Mason, Bar Bender, Welder, Helper etc in our company.
Salary: 45,000 Rs Per Month + Incentives.
The person will not only hire this team but also become the team leader of this team and will be responsible to make sure that his team is working properly at the site, his job is also to bring the problems in front of the management.
Labour Supply Agents can also apply for the position.
Job Location: Angul, Odisha
Educational Qualification:
Experience of Construction will be a plus
