ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work permits
- verification for hot,
- confined space,
- Height & Excavation jobs.
- Toolbox talk, Pre-job briefing for Safety Task Assignment.
- Onsite Emergency Plan Response (Mock Drills) etc.
- Monitor PPE and ensure quality.
- Monitoring firefighting system
- Imparting general and job specific training to workers.
- Conducting safety Training/Meeting.
- Workplace monitoring and regular inspection of ongoing construction activities, mechanical jobs.
- Safety Committee Meetings
- Independent handling of construction site for field safe jobs.
- Safety audits, inspections, Hazard Identification, safety walk etc.
- Accident Investigation & implementing recommendation of the same and sharing lessons.
- Promote safety culture by safety promotion activities.
- Monitoring HIRA.
- Maintenance work safety
- Comply legal requirements for health and safety
- Contract safety monitoring
- Advising concern department on safety inspections
- Conduct safety promotional activities
Reporting unsafe act/unsafe conditions
