The Key responsibilities involve in conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. Should be familiar with contents and responsible for delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Implement various elements of a client’s content marketing strategy as instructed by Project Managers
- Optimize current copy on a client’s website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
- Write new SEO-friendly copy for pages on a client’s website
- Be involved in blog writing and posting
- Be responsible for Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR–media pitches, articles, etc.), Infographic creation and promotion, SlideShare creation, Video Transcriptions
- Research trending topics within a variety of industries.
Qualifications:
- Experience writing for a web-based audience as well as basic knowledge of search engine optimisation best practices and how they apply to content marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Creativity & resourcefulness
- Extreme attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
- Flexibility to evolve strategies quickly & effectively
- Experience in Wordpress and Blogger (preferred)
