Role And Responsibilities
As a member of the marketing and sales team, the Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Engineer will be responsible for handling sales and business development activities. This includes meeting project consultants, architects, civil contractors, government departments, bridge consultants, NHAI officers, and bridge construction companies to market products and services. The incumbent will be involved in managing the entire bid process and following up until final execution. Achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving growth programs will be key aspects of this role.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in direct sales and marketing of engineering/construction-related products using direct marketing techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a goal-oriented and aggressive approach, are essential.

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
PG :MBA/PGDM in Marketing
