We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Patna. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, have a hustler attitude, and have the ability to work under pressure. You will have a strong focus on revenue generation, with a proven track record of handling substantial revenues and experience in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the service industry to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Create a sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities and ensure a consistent flow of sales revenue.
- Lead, manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high levels of cohesion, motivation and performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Leverage knowledge of the geographical region, along with fluency in the local language, to better connect with potential clients and close deals.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the pressure of meeting targets and deadlines while ensuring the quality of work and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the service industry, with a preference for those with experience in construction or interior design.
- Proficient in team management and team building with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Extensive geographical knowledge of the Patna region and fluency in the local language is mandatory.
- Demonstrated a history of managing and achieving substantial revenue targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets while maintaining the highest level of client service.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
