• The ideal candidate should have the capability to source the candidates through various sources, primarily LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and various other job portals available in the market.

• He or she should have the acumen of communicating with the desired candidate, giving them a clear understanding of the job description and negotiating the commercials/salary.

• Should have the potential of carrying out the routine tasks of an HR like taking face to face interviews, onboarding, induction, appraisal interviews , rolling out offer letters etc.

• Should have excellent networking skills followed with active engagement with the potential candidate till the time the candidate onboards the organization.

• Profound knowledge of MS Office ( Microsoft Excel ).
