Role & Responsibility : a. To provide leadership, set standards and provide training for the team b. To work on on-going Design Engineering Projects in leading the team and managing the execution activities c. To take complete responsibility in execution of all design engineering aspects of Consultancy Assignments d. Independently handle the large mandates of DE Team and Guide/ mentor the Team Members e. Work on responsibility matrix of associates f. Plan and co-ordinate the activities of the team ensuring compliance to procedures and regulations g. Develop execution plans & Project Management h. Develop processes and procedures to support and improve practices. I. Business Development with existing contacts and exploring new opportunities J. Demonstrate excellence in Design Engineering skills through inputs in various tenders. K. Assist in the compilation of quotations / approach and methodology in support of Business Development and Marketing.
