The General Manager will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve service quality. They will lead the management team, including department heads for housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The role requires effective communication with guests to address any concerns or requests and to ensure that their stay meets or exceeds expectations.
