Responsibilities
- Heading, managing, and implementing the overall sales strategy and policies
- Achieving company sales objectives by driving growth through the usage of different marketing channels
- Marketing plan, business projections (anticipating the trend and future planning), budget planning, and tracking achievements vs. targets.
- Responsible for building and managing relations with key clients and establishing large-volume, high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention & loyalty.
- Designing and setting up various promotional activities, and loyalty programs. Working closely with sales and vendor teams to drive trade discounts etc. and drive growth.
- Managing expectations of various stakeholders – customers, business, sellers, technology and operations, etc.
- Conduct business reviews/implementation updates to ensure success and appropriate progress.
- ROI measurement of various sales and marketing activities and communicating the same to the management.
Qualifications
- Must have school segment experience
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills and Strong communication and presentation skills
