Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Software Engineer role at Sparrow Softech Pvt. Ltd. located in Ranchi. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. The Software Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software defects and assisting with deployment of software solutions.

Qualifications

• Computer Science and Software Development skills
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Experience with SQL and database design
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
