Roles and Responsibilities 1. Manage the retail development operations for local marketing activities in Branch, provide information to the BM / TMI / sales staff about planned activates & their ROI WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF providing support to sales to ensure achievement of targets & smooth functioning WITHIN THE LIMITS of policies & procedures of SONY India. 2. Shopfront Development (Execution/Maintenance/Reporting) Executing and Maintaining shopfronts in the branch as per company guidelines. Producing Innovative shopfront campaigns and reporting of the same to HO on regular basis SFA Management 3. Complete SFA Management from Recruitment to Sales Tracking. Co-ordination with Training Team / HR / Agency / HO for various issues of SFA 4. BTL Activity Support5. Supporting Trade Marketing Incharge in executing all outdoor activities like Hands-on/Exhibition /other events 6. POP Management Effective maintenance, storage ,distribution and usage of POP Desired Candidate Profile Qualification/s : Graduate / MBA Experience : 5 – 10 years Location – Patna Should be well conversant with MS Office Experience of handling marketing activities
