The Cluster Head should be able to lead a few Districts / clusters in terms of AEPS /DMT/MATM /ECommerce business . Should have sound contacts and relationship with the target Business Stakeholders . Must have 3/4 years of experience in AEPS /DMT industries with team leading experience .

Responsibilities include achieving the circle given targets of GTV , new Distributor /Retailer onboarding and managing the existing channel partners . The candidate must build his team by appointing subordinates under him and gradually lead his cluster into a positive profit centre.
