Duties:

Greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane
Showing passengers to their seats
Providing special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled
Serving meals and refreshments
Checking the condition and provision of emergency equipment and information for passengers

Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting passengers upon boarding and disembarking the airplane
Serving meals to passengers during flights
Making announcements about safety instructions in case of emergency or other important information
Explaining all safety procedures and equipment before takeoff, including seatbelt use, location of exits, life vests, etc.
Responding to passenger inquiries about flight schedules and other topics
Welcoming passengers by announcing their names over the intercom system when they board
Coordinating with other airline employees and crew members to ensure a smooth flight
Providing assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
Handing out blankets and pillows at the beginning of each flight
