Skyleaf Consultants LLP Hiring for Deputy General Manager Project at Patna, Bihar, India

A. Prepare, maintain and up-date detailed works planning / programme.

B. Prepare the project planned documents including resources planning, equipment planning, detailed work plans, project cashflows etc. 

C. Prepare monthly progress report/daily reports for internal and external purposes. 

D. Monitor and report design review progress of Client. 

E. Review drawings issued by clients and ensure materials indents are raised in a timely manner.

F. Ensure Resources planning and regular updating.

G. Prepare programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department.

H. Based on the monthly targets provide daily work targets to the site construction heads.

I. Carry out rate analysis for ongoing works..

J. Coordinate and liaison with section managers to update the Detailed Works Programme.

K. Coordinate and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters.

L. Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
