Job detailsOur company is a deliver based firm which delivers the package to customers.We need a Back office executive for our company.Responsibility and Duties
- Employee has to prepare and handle documenting customer accounts so that it can be easy for providing services.
- Employee need to assist front office in preparing, scheduling and organizing meeting, events and appointments.
- Employee has to support sales staff in handling and maintaining documentation work of customers.
- Employee must prepare and reconcile customer balances by telephonic reminder.
Required Experience, Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 12th pass
- 1 year Experience in Back office
- Computer knowledge
- File maintaining ideas
- Good communication skills
