Job Description –

• Review and monitor the loan sanctioned by a particular zone, hind sighting of disbursed cases.
• The candidate is desired to undertake field visits and interact with various stakeholders on a sample basis, to identify any deviations or untoward practices.
• The candidate should be able to go through the documentation desired for competition of files; both pre and post disbursement.
• Verify the authenticity of claims made by various stakeholders through discrete reference checks; initiated by self.
• Preparing and presenting MIS for consumption of senior management
• Presenting local market practice notes through constant interaction with peers within the industry.
• Making the senior management aware about best practices being followed locally by competitors and helping the product team align the policy of the Bank in line with those practices.
