Job Description –

• Communicating planned Audit schedule for his/her region to ensure all the branches are covered.
• Efficient allocation of work among the team members.
• Personally conduct regional cross- checks on the report submitted by the field Auditors.
• Crossing check scoring of the branch as per the standard.
• Ensuring the Audit Reports are rolled out within the accepted time.
• Ensuring quality & reliability of the Audit process by cross checking it.
• Assessing and making recommendations for enhancing Audit methodology.
• Working on continuous improvement of process/practice/performance.
• Assisting audit management in communicating findings to business clients.
• Partnering with colleagues, clients and the control community to evaluate Audit findings.
• Working on self-development and up gradation of knowledge.
• Ensuring the team under him undergoes policies training before it gets audited in the region.
• Leading & mentoring the team effectively. Provide guidance & motivation to the team.
• May include supervision of auditors on projects to follow sound internal control practices and to manage risks appropriately.
