Your Tasks:

  • Site lean targets (inventory, space, quality, productivity, lead time).
  • Identifies & eliminates all the wastes in the manufacturing process.
  • Implements operation and machine balance, organize all jobs around human
    motion & creates an efficient production sequence (Safety, Quality, and
    Productivity).
  • Procures, troubleshoots, maintains all material handling equipment & put
    autonomous material handling system in place.
  • Trains people in lean six sigma concept.

Your Profile:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Full time B.E
  • Experience in Tier 1 automotive will be an added advantage
  • Work location will be – Jamshedpur
