Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Sita Constructions Pvt. Ltd. located in Patna. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily construction operations, coordinating with team members and contractors, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met, and overseeing safety protocols. As a Supervisor, you will also be involved in project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Experience in project management and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
