Position Summary

Our Energy Advisor will be the face of the company at the customers residence/company helping society adopt a sustainable attitude one rooftop at a time. This position will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for company products/projects in Residential & Commercial establishments. Post-sales service and ensuring customer satisfaction are critical
Position Locatons – Patna and Gaya
The Objectives of this role includes
- Ambassador of the company brand in the residential & commercial market
- Foster great working relationship with Channel Partners (Green Partners)
- Competition awareness and understanding of their best practices
- Identifying local opportunities for market development
- Reporting and compliance with company policies and systems
- Identifying and recommending new product opportunities based on consumer feedback
Position Responsibility
- To expand the institutional business, act as a customer advocate & work with internal departments to ensure the customer needs are understood & satisfied
- Responsible for the management of sales & relationships with key stakeholders from the commercial segment
- Maintaining positive business relationships with clients, consultants & channel partners for future sales
- Timely & accurate reporting of activities; leads received/generated and sales efforts for updating in the CRM
- Focusing on dealer network management for larger market penetration, identify potential markets to ensure reach to customer pipeline building
- Canvass for customers, track appointments, sales, and customer support
- Attending trade fairs like Solar, Property, Furniture & Textile Expos/ Conducting Roadshows
- Sales prospecting leads; to the search for potential customers, clients, or buyers for the development of creating new business
- Performing competitive analysis with a focus on products, pricing, and market strategies.
- Working closely with the sales team and collaborating with the internal cross-functional teams for drafting a competitive bid document
- Extensive travel locally and occasional outstation travel required
- Achieve the targets assigned by their Cluster Manager
- Maintain an active relationship with all the channel partners assigned and support them as maybe required
Position Experience
- 1-5 years experience in consultative selling to Institutions or Channel Partners
- B2B sales experience is preferred and product experience in Solar Products; Engineering/ Technical selling is desirable
- Channel Management/ Dealer Management experience is must
- MS Office [PowerPoint/Excel/Word]- Knowledge is a must
Position Academic Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/ Any Under Graduation or MBA Any specialization -Preferred
