Time and cost estimation for the production jobs. Reporting Weekly Machine Utilization and Idle Report. Preparing Job sequence chart as per Priority for smooth flow of production. Preparing Parameter chart for Jobs to compare Plan vs actual work time. Ensure smooth flow of production in Assembly line throughout balancing WIP Efficient in mobilizing work force for various tasks for planned and unplanned activities. Effective coordination between production and design to overcome process difficulties. Responsible for organizing weekly and monthly meetings to achieve the production plan. Well versed in handling technical discussions with clients regarding production processes of new products Responsible in resolving issues related to production with internal departments for smooth workflow.Preparing the inspection plan.Checking the inspection of fabricated structures, machining and welding and fabrication Inspect the manufactured components at every stage. 7. Inspection at customer sites. Prepare the quality documents at every stage of the inspection. Monitoring supplier quality performance & reporting. Involve in all process improvement activities. Presenting Feedbacks & Problems In Shift End Communication Meeting, Man Power Allocation .
