Overview
This position is responsible for the achievement of Assigned Monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Target, Payment Collection as per company policy, Achievement of sales targets of focus Products, Identification of new project sites, Cform Collection as per C-form policy, Promotional activities in their respective territories, Development of distributors & dealer network, reporting to Sales Managers as per policy made by the Corporate Managers & informing the Sales Managers about the competitors activity in the market. Detailed analysis of his market and competitor’s activity.
Duties And Responsibilities
- In line with BU’s objective and is responsible for achieving their sales targets, coverage targets, focus products, new project sites development, collection target, dealer & distributor network development, branding, Sales promotion activities, trade promotion activities, etc.
- Conducting the site demos to convince the end users about our products and its usage.
- Weekly promotional activity in terms of Mason meets, Applicators meet, and Contractors meet, in their respective assigned territories.
- Maintain data base of Dealers, Applicators, Contractors, Masons in the respective branch etc & convert them in to the business by tracking each activity..
- Dealer and Discount management in the market & maintain uniform pricing structure.
- “Controlling & Guiding” Sales promoters as per their KRA.
- Working in the market as per PJP.
- Payment and C-form collection as per Policy.
- MIS as per the guidelines from the BU.
Qualifications/Experience
- Diploma/BE- Civil Engineers or Any graduate with professional experience in relevant field / industry preferable
- Minimum sales experience of 7 -12 years in the construction chemicals / paints / ceramics / building materials & related field.
