Job description:
We are looking for Area Sales Managers In Bihar, Jharkhand & Uttar Pradesh with knowledge in building high-performing, scalable team.
Responsibilities
- Help with implementation of marketing plan, making strategies to drive sustainable business growth, motivating team in assigned area.
- Support the marketing team in implementation of strategies given by Management in order to develop the desired outcome.
- Making robust plan to engage important customers and implementation..
- Maintain and update customer databases, using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Managing, training, motivating and developing existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience with a minimum of 1 years in similar capacity in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good leadership skills with effective communication skills, analytical skills.
