• Experience in Accreditation and Certification for Hospitals in terms of NABH , ISO
• Development of Quality Related tools , Checklist, Matrix etc
• Certified Internal Auditor for NABH
• Knowledge in Checklist of Quality Indicators for NABH accreditation of hospitals.
• Ensuring clean surroundings, OPD Areas, Wards, Labor Room, OT and Patient amenities and outsourced services;
• Periodical assessment of hospitals on quality check list and arrive at a score for the facility;
• Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the hospital and monitor compliance;
• Ensuring good quality non-clinical services like infection prevention, security, diet etc.
• Keep a record of non-functional equipment’s and time line for its repair along with AMC for all equipment’s;.
• Planning and work-out modalities towards upliftment, preventive maintenance of equipment’s and vehicles and modernization of hospital;8. To institute effective grievance redressal system both for employees and the patients;
