Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Shopper at Shoppers Stop in Patna. The Personal Shopper is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by assisting them with product selection and purchases, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, and ensuring that the store is well-organized and stocked.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in sales and customer service
• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Familiarity with fashion and trends
• Experience in a related field (e.g. retail, hospitality) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. fashion, business) is a plus
• Priority will be given to Fashion and Hospitality Education backgroung freshers
