- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services
- Client Handling Customer Interaction Answer questions about products and services
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements
- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer friendly
