Experience Required: 6+ years
Specification: Candidate with Residential or Commercial project experience.
Job Description:
· Responsible for preparation of project schedule as per desired level of schedule and preparation of budget & cash flow.
· Determine resource requirement of manpower, material and machineries as per schedule/budget.
· Monitoring & tracking of master schedules & Budget as well as resources.
· Projection and monitoring of resources in line with monthly progress.
· Preparation material indent, budget through SAP system.
· Coordination with site team in line monthlies target as well as coordination with client and flagging of Drawing related & NSC issues. Inter department coordination for daily activities.
· Coordination with RO & HO official for material tracking
· Submission of MIS reports, Daily/weekly/monthly reports and SPCLway reports, MRM presentation to RO as well as Client.
· To ensure safety compliance and extent necessary supports to team for implementation
