Job roles :
– Should be developed his own sales team, distributors and dealers network in vacant areas, training has to be given on products, distributor and dealers policies, margins & schemes.
– Shall achieve monthly / annual sales and collection target. On the other hand ABM should ensure that his every BO’s will have minimum 30 – 35 active dealers. daily calls to the market with his team member is compulsory.
– Should be ready to travel to the market 20 days a month.
– in the dealers counter he shall ensure that an optimum visibility of display & its hygiene, signage board installation and its operation, timely supply and service and solve market problems, if any.
– Weekly and monthly MIS (Management information system) should be submitted timely to a reporting officer / HO or on demand.
