Qualifications: Postgraduate & preferably a degree or diploma in education

Knowledge & Skills:

• Leadership skills with good analytical ability to validate digital content, provide feedback cultural contextualization of content to suit the needs of Jharkhand.
• Communication, presentation, and documentation skills to facilitate the process of content
• Sound understanding of teaching learning styles of diverse types of learners.
• Understanding of pedagogical principles required in teaching concepts in a resource constrained
• Knowledge of subject specific and digital pedagogy, methods, and digital interventions.
• Responsive and proactive working style
• Ability to take initiatives and work independently and in groups.
• Able to follow deadlines and produce quality work.
• Interpersonal skills and coordination with required stakeholders and Client.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in classroom teaching
• Desired experience of working with an edtech company or government project
• Experience of content creation, curriculum mapping, assessment creation based on LO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and support the content architecture best suited to the needs of Jharkhand government
• Supporting the process of content creation.
• Coordinating with the stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal team.
• Work in collaboration with the technical team for analytics, frameworks, and processes.
• Field visit to interact with stakeholders of the government schools.
• Training of teachers for using the LMS and CMS.
• Creation of LO mapped and tagged content and assessment.
• Spoken and written understanding and proficiency of either Ho, Khadia, Khurkhu, Santhali, Mundari,
• Kurmali, or Kortha language are appreciated.
