- Provide excellent customer service for their orders, compliance with the delivery time and quantity specified by them.
- Receive, enter and track all purchase orders sent by clients in Oracle until the day of delivery.
- Request transportation for delivery of finished product to different clients.
- Make the load schedule per day for Warehouse
- Constant communication with the client and their distribution centers.
- Be the communication link between the client and different areas of the plant to better satisfy their needs.
- Follow up on customer complaints and returns until they are closed satisfactorily by the customer.
- Prevent in advance any situation that may affect the client in conjunction with planning.
- Optimize transportation, reduce costs, organize delivery appointments, etc.
- Support Sales Manager with information related to deliveries, costs or meetings and conferences related to the client.
- Receive the samples and the request from quality and coordinate the preparation of samples for shipment to the client.
- Carry out satisfaction surveys of the service, product, deliveries periodically to customers.
- Coordination with the different areas to ensure the delivery of those products or services
- Carry out activities and seek to give the extra for a great customer experience.
