Criteria:
– Male candidates only
– 25 years to 40 years of age
– Graduation Degree Mandatory

– FMCG Industry Only specially Rice Industry

Experience:
– 8 yrs to 15 yrs of experience as Sales / Channel Distribution in Rice Business mandatory
– Should have recent Team handling exp of SO, appointing distributors, forecasting sales
– Should be able to handle entire territory.
– Candidate from Food industry would be an ideal match.

Job Description :

– Responsible for driving volumes, Channel distribution targets and people objectives in the assigned territory.

– Managing Distributors/ Super Distributor/ Retailer

– Managing wholesalers /SRO/large traders Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management

– Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned territory

– Ensure displays as planned

– Distribution growth as targeted

Communication :

– Functional English skills (ability to speak, write and read)

– Fluent Hindi skills (ability to speak, write and read)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
