• Do all day to day billings on required billing software like CBo, Tally, Marg, SAP or ERP
• Share sales report, discount reports and prepare claims accrodingly
• Communicate using WhatsApp and Email to all concerned sales team and Head office with reports
• Dispatch all goods and report to management and sales using excel sheet
• Receive damage stock and prepare Credit notes
• Take purchase of stock and report any issues if any
• Call all customers for payments as per the due date
• Follow up with sales team for cheque and timely payments
• Resolve any issues due to transportation of goods and communicate the same to management
