Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within their designated region. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets and maintaining payment schedules. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with managing a team and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in a sales role
• Team management skills, with experience in managing and leading a team
• Data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience in the paint or construction industry is an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of the local language is an advantage
• Ability to travel within the assigned region
