Assistant Choreographer for Broadway Musical Production: Temporary position for 2-3 months.

Are you passionate about dance and musical theater? We are seeking an Assistant Choreographer to join our team for a special Broadway musical production for a school in Bihar.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead choreographer in creating and teaching dance routines for our Broadway-style musical production.
• Choreograph dance sequences in various styles including Jazz, Western freestyle, floor work, and Broadway-style.
• Work with larger group sizes of 40 or more students, including dancers of varying skill levels.
• Rehearse and polish dance numbers to ensure high-quality performances.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure dance routines align with the overall vision of the musical.

Requirements:

• Moderate to strong experience in different dance forms including jazz, western freestyle, floor work, and Broadway style.
• Proven experience in teaching and choreographing for larger group sizes of 50 or more.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for musical theater and working with students.

Duration: 2-3 months (between August to December)
