As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Sales & Ops Associate to join our team in Patna.

Role Description

The Sales & Ops Associate will join our on-site team in Patna and work closely with the sales and operations team and logistics team to support the company’s goals and objectives. This is a full-time role, and the Sales & Ops Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to, managing accounts, coordinating shipping, resolving customer complaints, and identifying new sales opportunities.

• Assist in developing a range of analyses to support the executive team
• Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data
• Evaluate data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends
• Examine and assess data from a variety of sources and utilize them to provide set rates to Business Development.
• Integrate new and existing contracts into our CRM Database and WMS
• Assist in reviewing chargebacks, disputes and credits
• Other duties and projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• One year of related sales operations experience is MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
