Responsibilities

• Order Management, Reporting, Accounting using SaaS Software.

• Manage individual sales pipeline for all prospective customers in the CRM.

• Execute shipments by assigning qualified auto haulers to the shipment.

• Manage the accounts and grow relationships by email, phone and text follows up, once the sale has closed .

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven CRM/Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound B2C or B2B Channels, preferably in the US Customer Service/Sales/Collections
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics and transportation services is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the company.
• Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding CSAT/sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
• Start-up Spirit: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and start-up environment, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
