Job Description

We have a job opening for the post of Project Manager Civil in Real Estate Industries. The Candidate shall be having experience of at least 4-5 projects from start to finish. Should have experience in high rise residential projects.
1. Overall responsibility for Project Management, Inspection & Execution, especially from the aspect of Quality, Progress and use of value added materials, resulting in Economy, thereby giving value for the investment done.
2. Overall communication and co-ordination of all agencies and contractors.
3. Checking of the bills of all Contractors and Suppliers, with actual verification of works executed on site. Finalization of contracts
4. Good communication skills
5. Good negotiation skill & vendor management, rate analysis
6. Knowledge of planning & monitoring construction projects
7. Initiative towards the Achieving targets
8. Knowledge of good construction practices
9. Rcc , finishing, Electrical, plumbing knowledge for high rise buildings
10. Independent handling experience of the project
11. MIS Handling
12. Reporting to the directors
13. Co-ordination with Architect, consultant, head office & sales
14. Bill preparation, checking
15. Materials management
16. Site activity reports + Test reports
17. Well versed in Auto-cad, Microsoft Projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
