Rxcruit Hiring for Head of Operations at Patna, Bihar, India

Job Objective: To manage operations of hospital and work on setting up all systems & operational processes together with medical administration, nursing function and other vertical heads with an ultimate objective to deliver

quality care & services to all patients

Job Responsibilities:

 Direct responsible for entire range of non-medical operations, continuous growth & development and operational viability of the hospital

 Provide oversight to policies, procedures and protocols for the clinical care to ensure care is delivered in a safe and well-organized manner and thus works closely with all Clinicians, paramedical In-charges and Nursing

 Collaborate on integration of medical services into hospital’s overall comprehensive services

 Get actively involved in the process improvement, initiatives to improve care, treatment and services

 Gather feedback and analyze audit reports to ensure patient care is as per expected standards

 Ensures compliances to all statutory requirements for hospitals and liasoning with government bodies for various licenses – applications, follow up and inspection

 Participates as member in the following committees:

o Infection Control committee

o Credentialing and Privileging Committee

o Sexual Harassment committee

o Academic committee

 Reviews day to day operations of Diagnostic areas including Labs / Radiology/ Blood bank.

 Does OPD/IPD coordination with Doctors / Nurses / Front Desk / Billing including seating arrangement of Doctors in respective OPDs.

 Assess operational problems across all departments and responsible for the

Educational Qualification

 Doctor Preferred (MBBS and MS/MD)

Experience & Skillset:

 15 – 18 years of experience, out of which 10+ year in operations/administration

 Good communication skills

 Liasoning skills

 Ability to maintain relationship with multiple stakeholders (Clinicians,Nursing, Quality, Admin, various government bodies, headquarters etc)
