Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development.

2) Keep Informed of New Products and Services.

3) Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team.

4) Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines

5) Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team.

6) Prepare Sales Reports.

Skills :

1) Sales Industry Experience.

2) Target Oriented.

3) Leadership and Motivation Skills.

4) Customer Service.

5) Communication sills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or those who have taken some business and management courses.

Experience:

2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader or 3 years of experience as a field sales Executive.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
